That is why i didn't recognize the other buffalo i guess...
I like the totems, and other stuff to, really nice.
By the way, there are many VEB Plaho figurines that are to big for the 1:32 scale, like the rhesusmonkees, the meercats, the hares, and many more, but that doesn't really matter to me.

I think I have that buffalo in the first picture but his tail is gone
I also have another buffalo too looks like the same brand but I dont see it here.

I had a few buffaloes like this one in the past and gave them to my nephew because he wanted a herd...

They look like typical faults in the moulds, or when they got them out of the mould...

I would say that these are not real variations but rejects which has yet been sold or smuggled on some routes from the work.

Unfortunately, there I cannot agree.
The figures are painted, went by the "production process" and were sold as can be proved. Original packaging is partially given.
I wrote already at other place that the communists also sold rubbish / committee.

Da kann ich leider nicht zustimmen.
Die Figuren sind bemalt, gingen also durch den "Produktionsprozess" und wurden nachweislich verkauft. Originalverpackungen liegen teilweise vor.
Ich schrieb ja schon an anderer Stelle, dass die Kommunisten auch Abfall/Ausschuß verkauften.
