Colorata posted these pictures to their Facebook page. To me, the figure looks very similar in style to the figures in their Raptors box, but I can't read Japanese, and the FB translation too is pretty poor. Usually, I can piece together the gist of what is being said, but in this case, I can't tell if Colorata is saying that this figure was a release of theirs or if it was commissioned or an exclusive. Thought I'd post the pictures here in case anyone wants to take a stab at translating or has any info. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Thank you Actually there is two Colorata sites on Facebook. As far as I understand, there will produce a special box for the Nature Conservation Society of Japan. What I am not sure is if the eagle is the only figure or if they will join a falcon from the raptor set. It is weird because there is no falcon in the raptor set.

Turns out, Colorata is re-issuing the Endangered Species Raptors Box, minus the Philippine Eagle, Northern Goshawk, and Ornate Hawk-Eagle, and with a new Golden Eagle sculpt. Actually it is four less and one more. The original Golden Eagle is also not included anymore. I'm glad I have the old set!
