A strange PV turtle

On a flea market i found this cogwheel turtle marked by PV- but they looks like a bad cheap knock off

Certainly not PV quality !!! Shocked

But what it lacks in quality, it has in interest, - great find, Andreas Applause

PV stands for Poor Version! Laughing

I see you have the original, besides the painting which other differences can you find? scratch
