Wonderful that there is a new company "MOJO" now there is even more competition to get your $ so there needs to be quality figures, correct sizes between the available figures too. I'd hate for the lion to be the same size as the elephant. They need to look right together.

Well Roger, the figures you have posted pictures of have alot going for them...they are charming (#1),
I don't think #2 is appropriate definition for them, and #3 ??? that says more about the new moderator for MOJO ~ :)

I do like the looks of the beaver...but he is missing his stick to chew on...so it looks like they are making just the figures and not the little extras like Safari has with the Water buffalo with the grass in the mouth and the birds on it's back...

Maybe MOJO will make the next Musk Ox baby?

Oh, when growing up we had Mojos which were a white toffee type candy that tasted like Anise (black licorice flavor) 2 for 1 penny...yum.

Hi Roger, Thank You again for giving me thier email. I wrote to them and get very kind answer. Although I did not get the proposal of free figures it was still very nice to talk to figure maker and get nice answer. He told me he is now thinking about the future direction so keep mailing with him and maybe we will see new nice species/poses next year! Maybe we can create poll about it on our forum? (somebody said that before me, am I right?! )

Roger, can you put few photos of the lion from the front? I would like to see his face expression...

Magic words!

As one of the last, i want to give some comments on these models Mojo made...
On average, they look quit good.
But when they are starting from scrap, i would like to see those figurines in scale to eachother.
this would mean a bigger giraffe, without the light stripe on her back, and the spots are to square cornered, strange that nobody noticed that before in the answers.
The spots on the hyena should be softer, and not so pointed out, or am i to critical here...
The beaver looks ok to me, but a bit to big in compare to the other animals.
The smilodon, black panther and bison are ok, although the last one is to small to....

You are right about the giraffe and these flaws were already reported for some of our friends even you are not reading it here! :)
About the spots of the hyena try to see the variations between Northern and Southern species and you will find pointy spots like these! Are not reported subspecies of spotted hyenas but the spots are different in some populations! :)
Again the giraffe, is really small for a 1:20 scale... but unfortunately for some friends of us, Mojo is like Schleich... no scale but this is not a problem for you certainly! I think Willy that you are the responsible for make people think that Schleich figures are in a 1:20 scale, we can see it in your comments in CQ!
This Mojo giraffe has the same size of Schleich giraffe, and even Papo and CollectA much more larger are small for this ghost scale!
The beaver is quite smaller than the Papo one but you already know that small figures are made in larger scales. Fortunately there are some nice toobs with smaller species nice for dioramas! :)

Yes, i said that the Schleich giraffes were 1:20 in scale on CQ indeed, as i had no feeling to measure them up exactly, to say what the real scale is indeed, my fault...
But i think, we all know, like in their elephants...
Again on the spots of the giraffes, the reticulated giraffe has quit cornered spots, but the spost are a kind of blurry on the outside trims...
Anyway, it is time i get some Mojo's in my hands to see how they are looking in the real...

yeah... giraffe´s tails are not good. Giraffe from Britains got it all... perfect tail with amazing hair. And also Schleich is trying to make better a better tail :)
And talking about coloring of this giraffe... i don´t like those sharp edges of her spots. And they are also too regular. They shouldn´t be in in regular rows so much...
