Old meets young - Barzoi composition dog (Massetiere) by Hausser Elastolin and Barzoi by NEW RAY

It is always very interesting to see two figures from different generations together. I think the Russian wolfhound deserves to be released for one of the major copanies. I think Mojö or Papo are good candidats.
The history of the toy industry shows that this breed is dicreasing in popularity. We can find a Marx and a Rubenstein on TAI and the NEw-Ray, although recent, is not new at all once it is from the earlier hollowcast series. Thanks for showing and congratulations for having both.

They are both wonderful, but the old one has a sort of dignified charm, which is typical for the breed

Roger is SO right !!! We need more gazehounds, - I am sure Papo or Mojo could make wonderful ones !!!
CollectA has made some nice dog models, but their greyhounds are ...hmmmmm

Thanks to you all. Roger, I agree with you. I wish, we would see more rare breeds of dogs. What´s about a special series by Mojo, Papo or CollectA? Maybe with beautiful boxes and pictures from all the dogs of this series on the back side? Similar to New Ray set "My best friend" ?
