Eofauna Steppe Mammoth PVC figure - Coming soon!

Dear collectors,

  We are pleased to inform you, that we have performed our first PVC figure model: a Steppe Mammoth or Mammuthus trogontherii. It is based on a complete skeleton measured from one of our team proboscidean specialists and scaled to the largest specimen found. It is in 1:40 scale.

We decided to start with this mammoth for several reasons including our knowledge on proboscideans, requests received from several of you (the form you filled in January) and another very important one that we let you know soon. Of course, in the future, we have planned to make other prehistoric animals including dinosaurs!

That's a very good and promising start! 1:40 is surely a moderate size and I suppose that's the scale you'll use to your dinosaurs representing larger species. I hope all the success to your business and please keep us updated about your new releases.

No need to talk here about accuracy, the pose is very dynamic and it let me think about old Burian drawings.

I see this figure is being very well received. Actually I would like to see walk arounds from Susanne and Christophe once you are two collectors with a very distinct way of presenting and enjoying a figure. Also, you are both excellent photographers.
