Well, not much to report, except that I DO have a lot of fantasy figures, people, etc., which, if listed on TAW, would be very nice additions to the wiki as a whole. The only problem is pictures. Right now, I don't have a good, steady photographer to even take the pictures for you. So all I can do is describe my figures to you, and hope that you understand. Oh well, maybe some day I'll get something on the wiki, but not right now. Speaking of which, has anyone else besides me noticed that there's a lot of information missing on TAW? As far as the people section goes, I mean. So the question is: what do we do? Anyway, if anyone has answers to these questions, let me know.

Well, I went out today, to Tractor Supply, and found a schleich cheetah, simmental cow, and american saddlebred mare. The current total is now 2128. And that's about it for news, so I'll post again if there's more.

Dear Sts Friends:

Well, I've coce to a decision: I'm going to collect AAA giraffes, but only the calves. My giraffe family already has a mom, but no dad yet, so I figure, I'll just keep collecting the calves until the perfect giraffe dad comes along. Anyway, right now, the current total of my collection is 2130. So, it's still growing. Next week, I'm going to shoelers, so we'll see what I find. In the meantime, I'll keep you all posted if anything else happens in my collection.

Well, I went to Shoeners today, and purchased 4 schleich cats, and a schleich horse. I also took a look at the ice tiger, and I've decided not to get it for my collection. Anyway, that's the latest from my corner of the world, so I'll post if there's more news.

Dear Sts Friends:

Hey guys, I've decided to get the ice tiger for my collection after all! I'll be picking it up at Shoelers Books in a few weeks, so this is great news. Also, I'm planning on getting the rock beast, granite wolf and shadow lion in the future too. All in all, this is great news for my fantasy collection. The ice tiger is going to be the latest addition, so we'll see what else I can find, and that's about it for news. I'll post if there's more.

Good decision to get the Ice tiger, I immagine your first impact was not the most pleasant but it is a fantasy figure and since its thematics is the ice, I think the final result is quite interesting.

Today, I went to VOA, and managed to find a mojo triceratops from 2010. I still have to look this one up, to see if it's really mojo, but so far so good. Anyway, I also received a lego set in the mail. I kept some of the accessories, both horses and a hair piece. I also found six shell things for my shell collection. I'm going to get the ice tiger next week. And that's about it for news. I'll be sure and post if there's more.

Dear Sts Friends:

Hi guys, I just thought I'd let you all know that in 2023, my collection will still be growing, with the following new additions:

Schleich Horses: 13950 all the way through to 13959

Wildlife: 14858, and everything else except 14860.

Fantasy3 70153.

And those are some of the figures coming soon to my collection. So currently, the total looks like this:

The full total is now: 2161.

As for the second half of 2023, we'll have to see what schleich does for interesting sets, but as always, that remains to be seen. All in all, I'm excited for the new releases. Also, I almost forgot to mention that the domestic cat from schleich for 2023 is also going to be coming to my collection too.

In the mean time, I'll let you know f I find anything else stunning. And I guess this is the end of the news for now. I'll post if there's more.

Well, I've been doing some math, for my collection you know, and according to my calculations, the current total, if you count the Safari figures who are listed as coming soon, well, the current total looks like this:

Current Total: 2544.

Now, I don't mean to brag, or be mean, it's just a simple fact that my collection is growing, slowly but surely. So, you should all be glad for me, although I don't know when these new additions will arrive. Oh well, in the meantime, I'll keep telling you about my new additions news, and what comes of my findings. Also, I have requested a few small Schleich sets for christmas, but I've forgotten what I requested exactly by now. See, I wrote my christmas list a few months ago, so as you can see, I just can't tell you what I requested, because I can't remember for the life of me what these sets were. Anyway, we'll have to see, I guess. By the way, Mom couldn't reveal anything about my requests, but that's okay, because it'll be such a surprise, on christmas day, not only when I open my gifts, but when everyone else open theirs too. For me, the most fun part of this whole holiday season is finding things for different people. And I don't mean cheapy, or what I call cheapy, gifts either. The gifts I usually get for people are meant to have a long lasting impact. You see what I mean? This year, I did really good with the great ideas. I can't tell you what they are, in case anyone from my family looks at this post, but suffice it to say, these were really good ideas. I mean like, awsome keep forever ideas.

Anyway, if anyone reads this post, that will be good. I like hearing from all of you, even though writing in computer braille is easier said than done, but hey, you do what you got to do to get the message across.

Anyway, there's no more news for now, but I'll post if anything changes.

Well, it looks to me like I did the calculations wrong for my collection. So, in other words, I edited my collector's reference guide, and the current total comes out to: 2162. This total includes the schleich figures I'll be buying in 2023. No new additions as of late, just the same old telling stories. The other day, some of my people figures left my collection, to go to my piano teacher's kingdom. Yes, his kids collect figures, just like us. I've told stories with them a few times. Anyway, I'll be going to shoelers books next week, so we'll see what I can find for my collection. In the mean time, I'll post again if anything else changes.

All in all, I think I did pretty good as far as purchases went. I also went to the consignment shop, but I didn't buy a signle thing there. Anyway, this the latest for news, so I'll post again if anything changes.

Hey, I just wanted to tell you that I received a lego set in the mail today. I kept the following parts:

zebra, giraffe, walkie talkie, binoculars, two hairpieces, some bamboo leaves, and a scorpion.

I have to admit, it was a pretty cool set, as far as lego additions goes. Anyway, if anything changes in my collection, I'll let you know.

Tonight, I told a story with the new lego giraffe in it. It turns out that the story went pretty well. Also, a tragic thing has happened, sort of, to one of my documents. It's a problem that really can't be fixed easily. One of my precious files, the one with the latest creations, in other words the most up to date fictional creatures document, somehow got corrupted, or something. Please don't try and make me feel better about this. I'm sorry, but I really don't need your sympathy. It'll only make the pain worse, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I'll probably still write stories, but for now there will be no more creating of new ideas, for the moment. Please understand, this was, and is, really hard for me. At first, I didn't tell you all about this, because I just felt terrible about the whole thing. Hopefully someday, I'll get the information recovered, but that remains to be seen. Anyway, please don't think this is easy for me, because it's not. Believe me, you'd feel the same way, if you were as creative as I aam.

Hi guys, I just wanted to share my thoughts on the reason why I collect Schleich. The reason is not because of nostalgia, but it's because I like the feel of the plastic of schleich models, and also the species choices are nice. Of course, I don't collect smurfs, or anything like that, but considering that my Schleich count is currently at 430, I think I'm doing pretty well. So now, I'm wondering, what's your reason for collecting schleich? I'd like to read your thoughts on this. And also, there's the issue of species in my schleich collection. Since they're releasing a chameleon next year, this is great news for my collection, as I've never seen a Schleich version of a chameleon before. Anyway, you see what I'm saying? When it comes to figures, the paint work doesn't matter, and the realism of the model doesn't matter much either. Only the species and sculpt matter the most. Anyway, if anyone reads this and has more to add, then please reply. No news as far as new additions goes, so I'll let you know if anything changes.

Anna, you're surely doing prety well about Schleich. Let me tell you that Schleich already released a chameleonfomr the accessory sets in 2015 with the number 42242 . Though, it is a very small figure and I'm sure you will enjoy better the 2023 version. Chameleons are such cool creatures, I handled a good number of real ones during my childhood. I don't know if you ever had one in your hands but that's a exciting but weird feeling.
I collect Schleich together with other brands because Schleich is one of the brands which releases the nicest animal figures. They're robuste, solide and nicely sized as I like. I don't like all models but there are many I enjoy. Among my favorites there is the muskox, wisent, current gorilla, current cheetah, armadillo and a good number of others.

Okay, so, last night, I did some research concerning collecta fantasy, and it turns out that they've done a few fantasy pieces that might be interesting additions for my collection. Okay, the only new addition to my collection this week was a lego scorpion. I'm hoping I'll find more things later on, but I really don't know. O'h well, at least things are going well for my lego people. Also, next month, I'll be placing a safari ltd order, so that should bring in more news, as far as new additions goes. By the way, has anyone heard anything about safari 2023 releases? Just wondering.

Today, I placed a Safari order, which has a lot of stuff for my collection in it. Right now, I have no idea what the total of my collection is, because I haven't received my order yet, but when it does come, then I'll let you know what the total is. Here is a general overview of what I ordered:

Corn Snake, some toobs, A few dinos, And some other stuff which I can't quite remember what all it was.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing my order. So, I think this is it for news, so I'll post again if there's more.

Okay, here is a really cool experience that I thought I should share with you, because it was so cool, when it happened. Several months ago, dad and I ordered a lot of 150 animal figures f ebay. At the time, we didn't know what all was in the lot. Well, what was my surprise when the lot showed up, and in it, there was a schleich alpaca foal, (13705) and two meerkats (14368 and 14362). These were all items which had been on my searchlist for a long time. I still have the schleich alpaca foal, she lives in my collection now, and I'm still trying to find more schleich alpacas. The moral of this story is: you never know what you'll find when it comes to second-hand schleich. Which reminds me, in a few months, dad and I are going to be ordering second hand schleich lots from ebay. The plan isn't fully formed yet, but I'm working on all that. I'm really excited about buying schleich second hand, as you can find older models that way. There was one time I went to a garage sale, and managed to find a bunch of older schleich horses. Anyway, you get the point right? Well, if all goes according to the plan, I'll let you know if there are any more new schleich additions. Hopefully that's soon.
