| ..in wilderness but some still survive in the zoo of Rabat and many others in circus and there is a breeding project to save this impressive sub species Rogério. :) |

That's the happy part of the story and I am glad you have told it. I think they're not considered a subspecies anymore, just a population but that's just a detail. These lions are really magnificent creatures. |

| Generaly I want believe you to be right but in this little scenery, between 2 big hippos and a Daniel without any weapon and not so good swimmer, the choice is quickly done for a hungry croc! :)
