What brand is the little pigeon in front of the Kaiyodo green pigeon?

Those are the unknowns in the photo. They are small hollow plastic figures, they seem to be more of a vintage style of figure, no stamp or marks anywhere. I kept them because pigeons aren't a common toy figure.
