The macaws and fish are very nice, what brand is the harlequin or military macaw? It's very beautiful

I was going to say the hyacinth was particularly nice, and I don't collect birds hah. Actually, I like the little black with yellow fins unmarked fish also.

I was going to ask the same question, but what is the target species (it's partially hidden). Looks like a red-fronted macaw or great green macaw.

I painted the macaw using great green/military macaw photos. It might not be totally accurate as I am not a bird expert. I did my best. Embarassed

The whole story is one talon broke off of that model, and I decided to replace it since it was still available for cheap. I hated to get rid of the broken figure because I owned it for some time and the talon wasn't THAT noticeable... so I gave him another chance at life and I am quite happy for the result overall.

Several years ago I received two Safari Macaws with their legs broken off during their way to me Crying or Very sad

I still have them, but do not know what to do with them, - perhaps this could inspire me into something Very Happy

The military macaw you repainted seems smaller than its blue & gold counterpart, if it's a different mould I'd be interested in getting one and repainting it, or ask someone like Caracal who has better repaints of figures to give it a go.

It is the same model, not smaller. I guess the green color is slimming?
