Reading new messages

Hello,
today, the two times that I've visited the forum, clicking in "Read messages since last visit" as I do ever, it brings me a message saying "no results match your criteria" or something similar, the typical banner that appear when zero replies have been posted since. However, both times there were new messages for sure, including some that I received as notifications in my email. But strangely I'm not able to find anymore the new messages since last visit as I always did. Why happen this and how can I solve it? Thanks!
