A small group of 4 old Lineol have arrived. Very excited by these, especially the yak. I think it is the best yak that has been done.

That's it for composition for the moment. I have an order of Schleich coming - the first in some years really. I stopped being a Schleich completist a few years ago and have rarely bought any of them in a while. I also have a big order of Playmobil coming finally, that will get me mostly caught back up with their releases to the US. I will post when I have some photos again. Thanks for looking

Wonderful Lineol, Tim! The IV generation Lineol is something unexplainable. I have all these four too and only the yak is not with me at the moment. I remember my joy when I received that yak, it is something incredible!
Schleich still does some great figures, last cheetah, tiger, pangolin, dromedary and a few more are good examples but it turned painful for a completist to get everything, there are a few terrible models too, especially among their newer horses and so many special editions that it is even almost impossible to know all of them.

If these weren't composition models they would be on my wishlist in a heart beat, they are lovely!

Lineol was a great brand

Indeed, the Yak is wonderful, especially, what shall I say, the "threads" hanging down. As if it is wearing a blanket. The other models are pretty good too though.

I like flamboyant birds so I seem to be getting a lot of flamingos and peacocks recently.

I also got a big batch of Safari Ltd recently. Mostly prehistoric fauna, and flamboyant birds

That's it for things I have photos of. I have abatch iof Schleich still to do images of and just got 2 boxes of composition animals - a very nice batch of Elastolin and a Lineol, and also 6 really interesting Trico Japanese composition animals in amazing shape. Posts hopefully later this week.

Today I have a bunch of interesting composition models, and this one plastic one. This koala isn't new to me, but I just noticed that it has a maker name and date on the back W.A.I. 1986, so a Wildlife Artists Inc koala
