| Thanks you three! Blaine I totally agree, we need a major brand model of this bird. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Such good quality customs created so quickly, what a skill! I can't believe there's so mass produced African Gray? Yours is a really stunning little guy. Because of the famous Alex, I wanted one as a pet when I younger, and then I actually read Alex and Me as an adult and realized I never wanted a pet that was smarter than me and required the emotional investment of a child, but I appreciate them even more now for the incredible animal they are. Beautiful work on all of these, really nice roaning details on the cow! It's fun to see the before pictures and realize how much life you give them. |

| Thank you Luke and Jill. I also loved african grays because of Alex. Seeing how smart he was left such an impression on me, in fact I nicknamed this one after him. Such a smart bird! If I may be so bold my spanish cow is by far my favorite so far of this group. Very satisfied with her coloration after all. Thanks again my friends! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | I like that cow- you used the toothbrush method on her? She reminds me of the 'Spanish cows' that used to be around here when I was a kid. |

| Thank you Alain and Kelly! I used a regular paint brush but that is the method I used to get the roan effect. :) _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | A fun one. It is almost finished actually. Maybe a day or two more (if I get painting time) and the last couple should be done. Thank you so much Taylor! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | I have one more that is only half finished, maybe by tonight I can complete it. In the meantime, here are the next two! My first clay added customs in a LOOOOOONG time... albeit minor sculpt changes. My fringe eared oryx from a TM model. While researching what type of oryx to repaint I came across this one and immediately loved it. So with a little addition of clay to the hears for the fringe and some repositioning of the horns he was ready for a new life! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And then my Uintatherium. A copy of the original production with a huge rectangle missing from its belly. Filled that in , tried to sand the seams a little and then inspired loosely from a familiar animal's coat. | I really like the colours on the oryx. The okapi coat looks nice for the Uintatherium too, there was a t-shirt design by Permia once that had an okapi coloured Uintatherium but it's not available anymore, my ex was lucky enough to buy one before they sold out. |

| Paige is on fire with her brushes I love that ! And I really enjoy watching all models you`ve made so far. The choice of models, choice of species and colours is really interesting. And the result of all of them is wonderful. Bravo my friend |

| Thank you. Bonnie and Kosta again. My last model from the bunch and probably the most ambitious of what I have done so far. An Ocellated Turkey from Central America. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A super strange looking animal! I cut off the beard on this model and recycled it into this species characteristic horn and wattle on the head. This paint scheme was hard and I admit it doesnt resemble the real animal too closely but I think for my first try on such a complicated pattern and color pallete it turned out ok. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Thank you Kostas! It almost looks like a peacock, the real animals. It was fun to find and paint a very colorful turkey. This one has its own topic but I will post it here to keep my continuity of customs/repaints. Big thanks to Kelly for the model of a "deer dog" or rat terrier, now a miniature of my own Decker rat terrier Buck. | That Turkey is so beautiful- what a brilliant colour scheme, and the patterns are so detailed, with the perfection of Japanese figures! And of course wonderful mini Buck, as I said on the other topic you have made such a wonderful repaint! |

| I always wanted to do an ocellated turkey, but I never did because I don't have metallic gold paint!
The last photo is incredible - Buck is doing the best for keep his mini-himself in equilibrium without falling! _________________ My collection:- (Details):

| Thank you friends!
You can't see it in the pictures too well but I used aetallic pearl paint to overlay my other colors to achieve that irridescent quality.
The last photo I took last night when I finished the Buck model to show it to my family. When I took it outside this morning to do the "official" photoshoot Buck was being a little dramatic and uncooperative (even with his favorite treats) to repeat the performance so I only got away with balancing it on his foot and holding it near his head. Anyway, thanks again! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | I've seen your dog in the other topic but I am seeing your ocelated turkey for the first time. I think your model is even more beautiful than the real thing. You got such soft and delicate colors and I'd guess easily it was painted with a femenine touch. Just watching it, we can see how complex it must be, so many details, color changes, etc. |
