Me too I expected a warthog with the tail raised on my wish list for sure!
Probably less for young children while they like to chew thin parts

I had to come back and admire the new handsome piggie.  

I've got to say so far I am really impressed with the quality of the sculpting of these models. Species choices are pretty mainstream as far as this hobby goes yes, but the models themselves so far can compete with the best of them. I can't wait to see how the CollectA and Mojo roo buck compare side by side, or my Papo gorilla (my new favorite) to Mojo's.

I still have the Safari one, that is a little to big for my taste. But this model looks very beautiful and could replace it, depending on the size. Even that we get common species, til now, I find everything very beautiful!

I agree, common species but what a sculpting!

Mojo figures are definitely the best looking ones this year.

These beautiful, "clean", good-looking figures but without the cute/cartoonish look of the recent Schleich (just look at this red kangaroo' face : it is clearly not as pretty as Schleich or CollectA's faces but it is exactly what a red kangaroo's face looks in real) make me really wonder if Mojo could become the "new Schleich".

With these African animals coming out my hopes are high for a new hyena

Mojo has really stepped up their game with their sculpting skills. Even though they are mainstream animals so far, all of them are very beautifully sculpted and have peaked my interest. And that's really saying something since I typically don't pay much attention to anything other than birds, canines, and felines lol.

Lowkey hoping they upgrade their two standard wolves from 2010, (standing and walking ones.)

If it's a male (it looks like it is), it will go perfectly with the new Schleich one which is, strangely, a female.

What a gorgeous pair, beautiful giraffes, Mojo have released such stunning looking models this year!

OK, legs are thick as usual in many figures and inner parts are not pleasantly painted. Though, the reticulation looks great, the proportions are correct, particularly the baby that avoided a cutish style present in many models. The pose of the adulte is also nice. I'd say those are not as exciting as the warthog but very nice models anyway.
