The largest species of Triceratops currently
recognised and the type species for this iconic dinosaur.  The new CollectA
model incorporates the latest scientific research including the super-sized
and prominent scales embedded into its skin.  The colourful head is lowered
as if this dinosaur is preparing to defend itself from an attacking T. rex.

88970-Hadrosaurus

The first member of the Dinosauria to be described from
fossils found in North America and the first duck-billed dinosaur to be
named.  The vibrant snout helps to reinforce the idea that these social
animals relied on visual signals to communicate with other herd members.
The enlarged scales on the neck reflect recent analysis of the preserved
skin of hadrosaurs.

88972-Ceratosuchops-Fishing-with-Movable

An Early Cretaceous spinosaurid scientifically described in
2021. It is thought that this large predator specialised in catching fish,
so Ceratosuchops has been posed as if it was lurking on the riverbank ready
to grab an unwary fish. Skull bones indicate that this dinosaur had bony
ridges over its eyes, and these have been brightly coloured in the new
CollectA model.

88980-Jersey-Cow

The Jersey Cow, as its name implies, was bred on the British Channel Island
of Jersey. It apparently descended from cattle stock brought over from the
nearby Norman mainland, and was first recorded as a separate breed around
1700. Jerseys are frequently fawn in colour. You can see the lighter band
around its muzzles and a dark switch (long hair on the end of the tail).

88989-Goblin-Shark    

The Goblin Shark is a rare species of deep-sea shark. It has a pinkish skin
and a distinctive profile with an elongated snout and highly protrusible
jaws containing prominent nail-like teeth. It usually measures between 3 and
4 m.

The Amazon River Dolphin is also known as the pink river dolphin since the
lower body is coloured in a pinkish shade. The Amazon river dolphin and 3 of
its subspecies live in aquatic habitats such as river basins, major courses
of rivers and lakes of South America. In captivity, the river dolphin is
difficult to train and a high mortality rate is seen among captive
individuals. In 2018, the species was listed on the Red list of endangered
species.

I really like horses, their dress is beautiful, unfortunately I no longer collect them.

Many thanks Vasily for bringing so nice news to the forum. I also appreciate that you add the descriptions provided by the company.
It has just started and I am already seeing two fantastic representations of very wanted animals. The goblin, my most wanted shark and a boto., the most iconic river dolphin and it is quite surprising since CollectA already offers a Ganges river dolphin. A pink year for CollectA, I see.
That Jersey cow is very realistic, accurate and beautiful and with that "boring" pose they turn it more attractive than their usual cattle which is generally very good.

Wow! Wasn't expecting CollectA to continue with deep sea species, but very glad to see the trend continue!

Maybe just the angle, but the fins and tail on the Goblin shark look a bit short/small.

Ooooh, that Morgan stallion is gorgeous, and we know from last year's new-style horse paintjobs that the production models were exactly as good as the promo images, so this time I can get properly excited about the reveals rather than worrying that they won't be as good as the photos we're being tempted with

I haven't got any of the Deluxe Scale CollectAs in my collection as yet, I made a decision early on not to buy cos they never seemed quite worth it for me. They cost so much more than the Standard range but had the same rather bland or cheap-looking paintwork as all the early horses, which didn't look good at a larger scale. Small models with simplistic paintwork or messy application, you can overlook it, but when you had the same level of finish on something so much bigger it didn't look great, or worth paying so much more for.
This one, though, is a gorgeous design, with crisp markings and nice detail, realistic shading, and a very nice face - I think I can see eye-colour in there. I don't like all the Deluxe size moulds, but this is one of them, so he'll be the first one I buy, and if they keep bringing out more breeds in new colours with this upgraded level of paintwork, he won't be alone for long!

Superb! Some really exciting news so far.

The shark and the dolphin are nice. I hope for more unusual species, also in prehistoric.

I like japanese renditions of the goblin shark better, but the amazon dolphin will be a must have for me!

This one looks nice! Even though I doubt I'll buy this river dolphin, it was a wise option for fellow collectors interested in Sea Life. It seems the Amazon River Dolphin was somewhat rare among plastic figure collectors, but definitely this one is an improvement!

At least they're now producing more useful species (releases for both 2021 and 2022 sucked so bad... ).

Hey, do you know if the new triceratops has a movable jaw, or not? If it does, then I probably won't get it. The hadrosaurus, goblin shark, and amazon river dolphin are already on my list.

I hope for more soon.
