Three sweet Amur tigers I like the way you painted stripes on such tiny models. How do you go about it? Could you teach us?

It's impressive how do you paint so precisely such tiny figures. From the broken lines to the double ones of the tail. I really love them all.

Yes impressive result of a very minutious work!

I like the photos with a top view of the tigers. They show off the beautiful intricate pattern on their back very well.

Thank you Roger, and I use photos as my guide, and there are certain traits are common to most of this Amur species.

Thank you Roger, yes I like that aspect too, and the green base goes nice with the orange coats.

My collection is growing in size.
At first I thought these were composition Elastolins, but when the repaired broken leg on the giraffe broke again as I was washing it, I could see that it was plastic they were made from.

I can see that there are no pics in wiki of them - please use these ones if they are okay.

Beautiful giraffes. Although their ears and horns are broken, their paintwork is in a very good condition. I hope you'll show them again when you have repaired them. The others are good too. I like the polar bear and hippo especially. How does the hippo compare in size with the Britains?

I will see if I have a Britains hippo that I can compare with.

Here is the Elastolin composition hippo in detail. What an expressive face she has! I love her eyes.
