| Hello, I buyed some big, weak and hollow animals (white and beige horse, german shepherd and pig) marked with T.M. at ebay.de. I looked after Toy Major (T.M.) at TAW and saw only the big horse is listed there. I also compare the horse with an other horse from FUNRISE. I compare also the dog with an simba dog and a dog marked with MADE IN CHINA. Here are some pictures. Benno. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| Very interesting pictures !!! You are so right : TM has made some models, that are not among the mot pretty ones around The funny thing is, that here in Denmark we almost only have Schleich and TM !!! So for many Danish people they ARE the only brands, and Schleich therefore the only good brand existing |

| I'd be glad of adding them on TAW. That is surely a very good presentation of these models. I assumed Susanne's Bay Horse is marked like yours. I added yours as chestnut and grey... or is the chestnut a palomino? If the pig is also marked 1999, they may belong to a farm set being the dog a part of it. |

I do not know how to name the coloures of animals like horse or other. The pig is marked as follow: 1999 T.M. Pig C MADE IN CHINA I found an other "middle big" horse marked as follow: 1997 T.M. Horse MADE IN CHINA B I see an nearly same horse on TAW called "Appaloosa" But the colour is mare grey. |

Toy Major is not easy to edit but with such complete information, things make sense and it is a joy to see all pieces together. About the small horse, I think it is the missing mould of this series. Can you please provide a picture of this smaller horse. You can post it on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Oh, when I started redesigning the Toy Major section, I never thought we could present pages with almost complete series. The effort of all editors and forum members is being really precious. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
