are still birds and are slowly taking flight.

For my part, I like to find an idea of birds, find an interesting pose among photos, and see this world map being created!
Then comes the implementation of the figurine, with all the constraints, I like the birds without a base.
It is necessary to find the right balance of the figurine for what holds upright.
Then I shape its shape and slowly go back to it from time to time. A few days or weeks may follow.
When they are finished, I always have a little apprehension for the painting, I always wait for the "D" day I think the time has come for the painting ... it always sounds like a very SEN day or two. ...
It always remains intance because of an idea, finally comes true a work created by my hands and this bird is hatched!
Another great satisfaction gives me when the photographs of my newborns cut out and pasted on this world map which a few months before was blank.
This is where my satisfaction, I believe, is still the greatest!
That's why after collecting, this is my biggest hobis...

This is a wonderful testimony, Jean-Luc. There are many ways to be happy, we just need to discover which ones give us the most pleasure. Among these new winged figures, there are some very ambitious projects, but I'm sure you'll hatch them with style.

Here is the African Jacana,  
I opted at the last moment to insert chicks under the wings.
I have seen outstanding images and think it will fit well in my collection as well.

I like the prototype like that, still details to perfect.
With two chicks under the wings already quite complicated to achieve, I chose a bonus to make the scene more realistic: I made a chick running behind its mother to be transported too.
