You are right, they are quite alike but not exactly, so that still leaves me a little hope that Eofauna will produce a Southern mammoth at a price I can afford.

I would have been happy with nearly any elephantine model, I just know that Columbian mammoth has been a species prehistoric collectors have been waiting and asking for for a looooong time now.

I would not be surprised if they do a Southern mammoth sometime! They obviously enjoy their probiscideans.

Beautiful Columbian mammoth! My prehistoric mammal collection isn't very large and Eofauna is the best. I can easily see myself getting any mammal they produce. I would love to see a modern day elephant done by them, it would surely be the best. So excited to get all 3 of these this upcoming year! Very Happy

I thought about a Southern mammoth because it is not so far in shape and Eofauna realised one for its scientific expensive model in the past Wink

It isn't a toy, Eofauna made a Proboscidian Resin model series in the 2010's.
