SCHLEICH white tigers, from Classics to nowadays

I had the lots with Schleich coming in this week....
One was a white tiger, which was still missing since i had to part with my first Schleich collection, and was never available in the shops around here anymore, so i made a special search for it last month.
The other one is probably a very rare one, as i never saw it before, not in Torbens collection, or in the collection of the Strassberger family on tiewe.de.
It is definiatly not overpainted or on any other way re-modelled or so.

A side story on this...
I hate white tigers a showanimals in zoo's, because the inbreeding of these animals is horrible, that is first!
They are only bred to get more people into the zoo's...), and they are even specially bred for the hunt in South-Africa... Shocked

But as tigers are my favourite animals, and i saw many of them in zoo's around the world(whites to of course), and they really look awesome, i can't resist buying models of them, and the white Papo lions will follow soon to... Rolling Eyes

I never saw this figurine in white before, not even on any great collectors site...
The good observor can see that it is an original, a little bit worn, but in a fair shape.
I don't even know if the production number is actually the same as the normal orange one... Rolling Eyes

Yes, that classics variant of the 12063 is indeed quite rare. I remember that Peter has one that he posted a photo of some time ago. I haven't seen any others, either.

That white classic tiger , WOW !
I have only seen the one that Peter has and one on Ebay a while ago.
It must surely be terribly rare, - it is not in Gascher`s book either Shocked

I do hunt a lot, that is a fact, but i stumbled on it by accident, and i couldn't let it pass by of course... Laughing

It is a matter of searching on the places on e-bay where you wouldn't expect it! Wink
