Hi Has anyone heard of a company called Simba Toys.I have bought a few of their models-mainly knights and cowboys/indians and they are very well made.I usually buy them in a local discount store.Recently I have seen a marine animal set by them which was a copy of a number of other animals by different companies and it wasnt great!!which is a shame as the models are really good.I think it is a spanish company.Have looked at the website but its not great and it just shows toys for babies!!!!Any info would be great!

Thanks for the info with regards to Simba toys. The ones that come to the discount store near me are mainly spanish made which is why I assumed they were spanish!Sorry that I don't have any pics of the models as I didn't buy the marine animal set and my cowboys and knights are packed away.Went back to check to see if they had anymore sets but all were gone including the marine animals!

Bumping an ancient thread :) I just got horses from wild west set made by Simba (China) - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]They are from some heavy material like Schleich, a bit smaller (same size as Papo wild west horses) and are slim in the belly area. Some anatomical weirdness, but cute none the less :) Click on photos to enlarge Indian horse compared with Schleich Morgan [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Cowboy horse compared with Papo [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Schleich/Papo/Simba [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
