A baby chimpanzee called Knuckles and a baby lion (?) called Pom Pom moved in from Germany, where they had lived a happy life with Yvette. Thank you, Yvette! I promise to give them a happy life here as well. They have lots of other TOPPS babies to play with!

Cute additions. I think I have the lion in my batch of Topps hiding somewhere. They're great little figures.

Although they are made to be cute I enjoy that they are easily recognisable what gives them some educational "power"!

Hi! I also collect topps! Well all but the precious piggies. I have the puppies, kitties and almost the entire wild animal collection. I just need the giraffe and goat.

I found the information that TOPPS changed into M.I.LTD and later into M.E.G.
I have an Saint Bernard puppie from M.I.LTD and this puppie looks like an TOPPS.

What fantastic additions Benno, these two are gorgeous, and it is wonderful that they have shown the two breeds clearly - a Basset Hound and Akita!

And a bit more information, they were released roughly around the same time as the 'In My Pocket' figures, in 1997 (Probably because the In My Pocket figures were so popular, and TOPPS were inspired by them), and MEG is the name of the company that made the In My Pocket figures, which were made throughout the 90s And I think all dogs in series 1, which are dogs 1-24, each had an earlier version (Marled M.I.LTD 1993), and a later version made from slightly different plastic, marked 1995 and MEG! And I think, although I'm not sure, that some of these were sold in cereal packets, possibly the ones marked 'M.I.LTD'? I remember reading this somewhere !
