Here's a good price for a change. I can't believe I got this fjord for less than $2USD! It must be the shipping that kept people from bidding.

Hello! I am a new collector and this is my first post! I was very lucky yesterday, at a yard sale I found an Invicta solid blue Plesiosaur for 10 cents! He has a couple of scrapes on the bottom of his body and the very tip of one back flipper is gone but for the price I can not complain. From the top he looks great.

Thank you very much! I didn't know what it was when I bought it. I just knew that is said something about the British Museum of Natural History on the bottom and I thought that might mean something, plus, I just like it and it was cheap. I have been primarily collecting Schleich Farm animals so I truly didn't know what I had until I came home and looked it up online.

At a flea market last week I bought 3 retired Schleich-S for only 30 euro cents in total. It were the 1999 giraffe (#14149), the 1990 black and white cow (#13214) and the 1993 brown goat (#13223).

I came across the Maia+Borges sperm whale on eBay, and the seller wants almost $90 USD for it (including shipping!). Surely it's not that rare? [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Not that I'm interested in it, I just think it's crazy to ask that much for it.

Wrong, wrong, wrong... This is not a recent Maia y Borges release; it's the 16063 and it is very, very difficult to obtain... Now, it may well be overpriced, but rare Buy-It-Now stuff usually is, and especially from this seller. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |
