I think the differences in Menphis' crocodiles are due to age difference, not just production differences due to country.

There are also some with white eyes

I have a suspicion that the white-eyed ones are from the puzzle  

The one with brown eyes has another catalogue number: that is 14305 (2002-2007) which is exactly the same model but painted in another way.
The one with the white eyes is number 14036 (1991-2001) and I think several colour varations have been made of that one over the years.

Really lovly kangaroo's! 
It almost looks like he is bending more forward in age! The left one is very on his too's and the right one is more like; Whats that one the gound over there?  

O, and i think the crocodile with the white i is very fake.. Its a shame they make models that are so unreal and not like the ''real life animals'' But thats what happends. Lucky for this croco he has a nice owner

Two variations of another kangaroo model, 14174.
The one on the left is the same as the photo in the catalogues 2001-2008 (no changes over the years). The one on the right does not have the "modern" paint as the one on the left, notice especially the eyes of the baby in the two models. Also the colour is different, as well as tip of the tail.

I have found some variation in my shelfs to!

Surprisingly not al the horses where from different country's (manly china) but still have  got different colour variation: I will show you what i main

I found the same color variation by the frisian stallion but they are both china versions!
The one on the left has a lot more glos and the older one (bought write after the out coming) has not so mutch glose.
You can see the lighter cheek on the horse without the halter.
And the glossy mane on the left horse.

I also found this in the foal, i think it is no coinsedence,

I also find a lot of shade differences in al the china horses a have got,
Here a few acamples for you :
Perchron mare with a lot darker face on the right

What i found weird, is that the one with the lighter face has more shade on the body, and looks mutch more detailled.

Next lady has a young and a old version of her self! I think the left one has a more sireus look then the lighter right one.

Same goos for the prezwalski of you ask me, i would say again the left one is more serieus.

And last but not least my Germany  en China version of the swartzwalder yearling

The Germany one has a lot more ''fur'' an deatailles... But i think his face is just not as 'clear' as the china one! If i had to choose is would go for the china one in this case.

That pinto mare variant is beautifull,
If i had the chance i would buy that immidiatly!
