| A nice set Taos. Nice to see some original poses in there as well as a few inspired by Britains.

| Nice Taylor, but the calfs are Corgi Toys from an animal trailer set, i have those to, and in the far past already. And most of them are re-/over-painted in some parts...

And most of them are re-/over-painted in some parts... This may be the case Willy. However, I have the Timpo pig and I have just looked at the Corgi Toys Dodge Livestock Transporter. I find the larger Corgi pigs are clearly inspired by the Timpo model. I wonder if the Corgi calves were also inspired/copied from the Timpo version? _________________ Chris |

That could be Chris, i don't know about those pigs, but those Timpo calfs are very different.

The Timpo Toys farm series
Sadly enough i discovered that i had forgotten to take pics of the Corgi calfs from the beastcarrier, but i found some pics of that carmodel, with the calfs inside of it on a quick base...
The dodge you ment, i had to as a child, and the same truck is in one of the Daktari sets to, in another colour.
Thanks for posting the first pic with the Timpo Farm Animal range. Very useful reference and I can see the model numbers. I am sure the Corgi calves were inspired from another range. Clearly not Timpo but may be Britians. _________________ Chris |
