Beautiful photos. I really enjoyed seeing them. They are both beautiful birds. I got to see them on my trip as well, but didn't get a very good picture of them.

Today is a vulture day. Here are some pics of Eurasian black vultures from the Paradisio park, the Antwerpen zoo and the Planckendael Dierenpark.

The first pic is from the Antwerpen zoo, the last one from the Pardisio park and the three others are from the Planckendael Dierenpark.

The cassowary is a male by the way...
I love the shoe-bill stork, with his pre-historic look in his eyes, just like i think a dino would look... Shocked

That doesn't matter Kiki, he will drink some of his own stuff too, while he is working, as i can see on the hair-styles he is making... drunken

I just love the anoa, as i love creatures that were discovered very late for big mammals, as they live a very hidden life in the tense and deep jungle.

Amy, i love the Dama gazelle, the Addax and the Speke's gazelle, the last ones look very much like the Thompsons.

Yes, it's an alligator, but alligators are crocodilians! But I don't know what is a dummy, maybe because I'm a dummy too! Very Happy
