As an early birthday event (that was our excuse) for my husband, we took the kids to the Binder Park Zoo to feed the giraffes:

well, considering my camera's decided to take one picture or video at a go, then freeze up, so I have to let the batteries out, and turn it back on, they turned out ok

And we escaped from "Africa" during a torrential downpour. :)  I'll have to dry out the strollers tomorrow.

Google thinks it's an African Golden Weaver, good eyes.

I had to look it up. It seems the zoo has 5 Grant's and one Damara... which is also known as Bruchell's.... so yes! Now I know something new. :)

I call the tree landscaping. You can tell I'm such a devoted arborist, can't you? lol.

Well, I have problems to look at your pics. Sometimes they are visible and sometimes not. Am I the only one ? Nevertheless, when I can see them, I enjoy

I've seen those many times - sadly in a gage. Imagine that cutie on somebody shoulders?!

A nice raccoon dog- in the near of my house i heard live also a raccoon dog.:)

Uhh, in Denmark they are considered an invasive species and a pest
They catch one, and put a GPS on him, so he takes the hunters to the others, and...
