| They are very neat, and they look all very promising I also find it interesting, that you work on several models at the same time. That is cool _________________ ~ Portfolio & Online Comic ~

| Thank you for your very nice comments. I work on multiple animals at once so I do not become bored with any one particular sculpture. As for my przewalski, I will probably start it when I finish the lion. Here's my tapir: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Nice tapir, I see it has already a good shape, surely you'll carve it more and reduce mainly trunk and lower legs thickness. |

Thank you, Roger, for the tips. I don't think the torso needs carving down, or do you mean 'trunk' as in proboscis? Regardless, I still need to make the legs thinner. Anyway, here's my camel, although its not nearly Hump Day yet... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I think I need to extend the legs on this one, I don't want to repeat the mistake I made with my reindeer. |

| Thank you, Zelvik, 4U, Jonesee, and Ana. This week I finished a few more sculptures, First, here's my Hood Island Tortoise: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]My Spectacled Bear: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And my Lion, still in progress: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]^I think the fur on his face is a little spaced out. The group of recent models together: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Once finished with my tapir, I'll start a bongo. I am also planning on doing an elephant next month. Does anyone have any helpful information about male indian elephant anatomy? I want him to be the centerpiece and finale of this round of my custom models. Thanks. |

| Great to see the tortoise and the bear painted - they look great! I'm impressed that you can keep so many projects going at one time. I'm especially glad to see the spectacled bear. I love bears, and I think that's one species that is under-represented in model form. You did great job with it! |

| Thank you all. The bear is actually my least favorite of the bunch... but I guess I can do away with that insecurity now. I made the spectacled bear, as those are the ones I saw in the National Zoo last year. They were really fun to watch, especially with the new cubs. Kikimalou, I should have some pictures on the way. |

| Alternate pictures as promised: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sorry it took so long. I've been busy, and not because I was making models Also, here's my male bison. I think he's too beefy (pun intended). What do you think? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I took the picture as to show the animal's width. Also, does anyone have good measurements to go off of for the head-body length of an Indian elephant? I'm not quite sure about the sizes I've gotten from various sources. |

| It's so great to see those again. I really like the bear good job on it! Hmm I think the bison is too beefy like u said. What if he wants to slim down a little bit? _________________ Jonas Animals are my friends. I don't eat my friends. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
