No, both are wild derived from the domestic B. bubalis. You have the geneuinely wild B. arnee from CollectA and most of the others are the wild (feral) populations of B. bubalis. Domestic for sure is the Safari Carabao and my perception is that the Britains model is also made after a domestic buffalo and not a feral one.
