I agree, Andreas! There was supposed to be that "river animals" pack in Australia, with the crocodile 14378 as albino, but don't know if that has ever been released. Suppose it never made it passed the "idea" stage, has been seen advertised only as "not in stock". [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The wild life scenery packs that have been released this year marked "exclusive" on the packaging are not exclusive at all: baby animals Africa 41383, wild life Asia 41391 and lions 41392. Only the panda and tiger cub in the Asia pack, or the lioness in the lions pack being out of collection doesn't make them exclusive in my book... |

| Maybe I'm turning into an old grumpy person but I'm not really happy with these Again the Arabian "beauty", this time in black, as if the white and the brown version from the advent calendar weren't enough Ok, the Camargue horse is nice - but we had it in gray already... Same for the Lipizzan - a slightly different shade of gray And the Hannoverian - same horse with black highlights As if they took the "old" versions and airbrushed it a bit? Couldn't it have been some interesting pintos, palominos, buckskins, champagnes? (ok, so far the Mueller pintos are not great, but perhaps they could improve?) grump, grump [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Seems like Schleich tries to get rid of their stock of regular models (the ones that are not selling enough?) by offering them in another form as special or exclusive or in sets. These are meant to be sold by themselves (scenery packs) or through other distributors like Muller ("specials"). This is a tool to enhance sales, it's not meant to enrich their collection. |

| Schleich does nothing, that are the stores, which ordered the models from Schleich and than they make them.
I like all four. ^^ |

Other companies with other products use discounts or other incentives on overstocked models to sell them off. Why wouldn't Schleich do the same? And that will influence which models are chosen by third parties who want to sell exclusives through their own stores. Wouldn't it be nice to know production and sales figures on each model of the Schleich collection over the years? Now that would be a great indicator for collectors to weigh worth against asking price of sellers! |

| OH MY GOODNESS *faints* I had NO idea there were four MORE from Müller Thank you so much for sharing They look really great, (except the Arabian mare mold), but the colouring is really great! But despite great colouring there is not THAT much change compared to their original colours, they just seem to have received some extra nice shadings here and there. Which is great - but not very innovative I agree with Jagoda - - boba_jagoda wrote:

| I think it's only a rumour yet. Can't see why Muller would release one later than the others. Interested to know if it's true or not, though. |
