Today, my newcomers arrived. I've got the Safari Flame Angelfish, Red-footed Booby, the Magnificent Frigatebird and the Weico Leafy Sea Dragon:

I have contemplated those Safari TOOB frigate birds and red-footed booby, but now that I see them I will pass. Either wait for standard-sized versions or try and hunt down the Bandai figures.

Interesting additions, especially the species. I also am not sure I was aware of that sea dragon.

Keep an eye on cheap unbranded sea animal lots, the sea dragon is often included. I got one that way. Didn't have a brand though, so thanks.

My newcomers arrived. I decided to add the CollectA Hippopotamus and the Papo Whale shark to my collection, because they're very well made and represents their real life animals the best. Another newcomer is the Pacific White-sided Dolphin from CollectA. I have also the older colouration, but when I saw the never one from Blaine, I decided to get it

That is a really nicely done hippo. Great additions!

All your new additions are really accurate representations as you mentioned.
Though, the hippo is something more special than an accurate representation, I am really excited about that model.

I noticed that too Susanne, it is probably just a brighter white paint used instead of the white/grey paint that is found on my figure

All three of these are in my collection too...we have very similar tastes
