Andreas, this figure (red bird) is a mold of a mold of a mold.... of a pelican "Made in Hong Kong". It has gone through so much processing that there is hardly anything left of the original crop and it has lost a lot of detail. No ideas for the elephants. But are you sure with the red bird? it dont looks similar to a pelican. I think it is a serie of Margarinefiguren. In France like Mokarex |

| Andreas, the thing is that I have a red pelican that is the same as this figure but with a crop. I can't find it but when it appears I'll send you a photo and we'll get out of doubts. |

| Of the hundreds of hyenas and hyenas and more hyenas that make up my collection.... Today I received an unexpected stowaway in a batch... the smallest hyena in my collection! I don't know the brand and I have never seen it before.... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Schleich and Mojö Fun elehpant seals are the exact same. They're huge! Finish seems glossy so it may be the Schleich version? |

| Thank you Chris and Ricardo The Tiger is indeed Cherilea. The elephant is an hybrid to my mind between the Jecsan circus elephant (the legs) and the Wild elephant ( the head), did Jecsan produced unpainted models ? |

The elephant is an hybrid to my mind between the Jecsan circus elephant (the legs) and the Wild elephant ( the head), did Jecsan produced unpainted models ? There are unpainted Jecsan models (and each figure in turn exists in several different colors) but I am not 100% sure if they were sold under the Jecsan signature or under another sub-brand (which could even be foreign). But the unpainted models do not present morphological differences with respect to the originals (either rubber or plastic). |

| Ok, it is good to know, I found a pic of an unpainted Jecsan Blister, they were sold as Jecsan.
So the elephant (and the lion) are still a mystery. |

| Along with hyenas, pelicans and flamingos are my weakness. I came across this set of two flamingos (rubber and somewhat smaller scale than Schleich's) and a pond piece (hard plastic). [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The pond piece hints that this set belongs to a larger collection of animals.... Does anyone know the brand? And if so, does anyone know what other animals make up the collection? Any information would be appreciated! I am quite interested in knowing this data! |
