| Here we will see walkarounds and comparisons of these Eikoh bigger models. Many of us loves the charming style of Eikoh ... and these bigger models has it too :) On This topic , Roger ( rogerpgvg ) already showed to us, that second wave is comming .. So , let`s call the models , which I am showing now, the first wave of Eikoh - bigger models. On it, we have 4 extant animals : 2 pandas, elephant, lion and gorilla And two Extinct - dinos : Triceratops and T-rex . Both in two colour versions. I am presenting 6 of these models. Let`s first start with the cutest of them all - the 2 Pandas : These two comes together on the box, but they are individual models : Let`s walk around the mom : And now, the playful baby : It is fun to put this playful baby , on different poses together with it`s mom : For comparison, let`s see them with Schleich and Safari pandas : and also , with one very nice model, which is actually a plastic copy of the original EDAGE models . And they works great together : Next one, the Lion King : A very nice model. I really like the roaring face, the colours, the muscles detailes .. If only Eikoh didn`t make it so bulcky , it would be one very very nice lion model. The legs , especially the hind legs, are too chunky ... and the body , too chubby... See it from above : But still , I like it :) Here it is, together with the smaller Eikoh lion : And the size works great with major brand models... Here it is with Papo roaring one : Next one , the Gorilla : I am huge gorilla lover ! And when I saw this model on stock photos, I was very excited about it. I love the pose and overall the proportions of the body. But the face is a bit strange for gorilla ...and the way it is painted, makes it a bit more cartoonish.. Still an interesting model.. The colours overall are very nice , the pose is great and the charming style of Eikoh, makes this model with interesting and wnique character : Let`s see it with the smaller Eikoh gorillas : And with major brand models : Schleich and Papo : The elephant is my favorite from all 4 animal models. It is the only one, which comes in two parts. The head has to be assembled to the body. I am sure that this choice of Eikoh, is because it has to fits in the box, which is the same size for every model. The other models are smaller and they are one piece casted. But I really like the sculpt of this elephant. Proportions, skin details, pose, colours... everything is very nice.. With the smaller Eikoh elephant : And with Papo : Last one from me ( for now) , is the triceratops , in blue colour : Like the elephant, this model comes in two parts.. Again the head it has to be assembled to the body. And again like the lion, Eikoh decided to make this model too bulcky , with very chunky legs .. But, still , it`s a charming model :) For size comparison, here it is together with the newer Mojo one : And with another blue triceratops, the Favorite Co. one : This is from me for now... Thank`s for watching _________________ KOSTA

Yes, Eikoh Miniature Planet has very interesting and beautiful animal models. The dogs are not exception too. I only have 4 of them , but Susanne has them all and like a set, they looks great together :) The bigger size models are something new for Eikoh and I am very happy that they decided to try this :) _________________ KOSTA |

Bonnie, you know our wonderful Toy Animal Wiki, right ? :) Here, you can see all Ekioh models, + the dogs , from Susannes photos. You can open every one of them, to see it with more photos and info. The second 4 bigger animal models are already comming :) You can see them on This topic , so maybe in the future, it is also possible , that we will have also bigger dogs .. :) _________________ KOSTA |

| Thanks for the photos, Kosta, they are wonderful. I am surprised the pandas, gorilla and lion have a similar size to the main brands; I had expected them to be much bigger. Is it OK for you if we use these great photos for TAW? |

| Thank you so much for the links and I am in love with those Eikoh dogs !! They really are just so sweet and I will keep an eye out for them on Ebay, as I think this is the best source for Japanese figures if you live in the UK? And fingers crossed for bigger dogs too because these current animals are wonderful! Thank you for sharing them! |

| Bonnie, you'll have to get in contact with BrettNJ in regards to Japanese figures, as I have looked long and hard for my wanted Japanese figures on eBay but I've had no luck _________________ ADAM "Our planet is in crisis. | I wish I could consider getting some Eikoh, as I have most of their wildlife and sea life on my wishlist but Covid has took its toll on my family's business and I'll only be able to afford the models I'm getting from Kelly and Paige until the next year _________________ ADAM "Our planet is in crisis. | Sorry to hear that, dear Adam Yes, many people have a hard time these days. I get so angry at those who whine and complain because they have to wear a mask, can't drink beer after 10, go to their favorite skiing place or all such really unimportant things _________________ SUSANNE |

| The problem is we still have probably another year of this to go and we've already had enough problems as it is
Prices have gone down £1 per live lamb (It may not seem much but when you sell around 200 lambs a season it adds up) Lambs cost 85 pence per kilo compared to last year at £1.96 per kilo
In regards to wool, we have 100 or so sheep and it's 32p per kilo of wool compared to last years of 60p _________________ ADAM "Our planet is in crisis. The monster of this earth, is not a tiger nor a lion or shark. It's us we've destroyed the planet." (My own quote) |

| This elefant has a lot of charm. I have enough loxodonta but I asking myself to replace my old Papo one. Well, who knows ? |

| In my opinion, the Eikoh is better looking than the Papos. In particular, he is much better manicured |

| I like this Eikoh elephant very much, but I also like this Papo one, which I used for the photo. It is the newer Papo and it looks more realistic than the older one, which is very charming and I still love it :) Just to know Kiki, that the Eikoh elephant is in two parts. The head has to be assembled to the body. _________________ KOSTA |
