| Their recent cooperation with Breyer really changed their strategy. They’re obviously focusing a lot in their horses range and also far and CollectA is now even more a dinosaurs brand. However, i don’t believe all wildlife is announced already. Maybe it will be only a few models but surely not just a painting update. I think also that there is an orphaned foal so more releases are surely to come. |

I guess we now know all the CollectA 2021 animals, it will be a poor year for wild animal collectors...
I will Probably change my Safari ltd basking shark for the CollectA, maybe I will find a place for the big lobster, I will also wait for a comparison topic between the Safari ltd and the CollectA Pteranodon to decide if I catch one of them.
And that’s all , for the second year CollectA is helping me to save money and place on my shelves for other brands. Too bad I don´t think that´s all :) _________________ My webside / my collection / my youtube channel / my facebook / my instagram / my twitter

- CollectA has done a huge mistake with the lobster. This coloration assume it have been cocked. A live lobster are bluish in color, NOT red, like this one
This is the very real color of an alive American lobster ( Homarus americanus). Cooked lobsters are very different in colour, they're bright orangish red. The bluish one is the European lobster ( Homarus gammarus), a different species. Since I worked with hundreds of thousands of live lobsters of both species every day during several years, sometimes I found very rare chromatic exceptions, such as an (European) lobster that was bright red as if cooked, but alive, and another that was a Bic-pen tune of blue. In a public aquarium I also saw an alive (American) lobster with left half normal coloured and right half bright orange, with a neat delimitation between both colours. _________________ My collection:- (Details):

| That longhorn bull is wonderful. But too much horses. I hope the next batch will give us wildlife and non dinosaur prehistoric animals. |

| the CollectA press release about the lobster mentions: Typically, lobsters are dark coloured, either bluish green or greenish brown as to blend in with the ocean floor but they can be found in a multitude of colours. The CollectA model shows a brownish shade. |

| I don't like this cat breed so much. I's a breeding of defects and they have problems with breathing and with their eyes. |

| We don’t know yet everything from Safari nor CollectA and it is good to remember that new Papo and Mojo were not yet revealed. We knew already it would be a cheap year but I think that if these brands can keep their business, it is already a very good news to everyone. |

This is true, and even if its not as many figurines as earlier years, let us hope there will be at least a few, new figurines from all brands |

| It's reminding me a bit of the reveals from the last year, where we only got some interesting figurines in the last batch. But indeed, I'm not expecting much of CollectA anymore, as it seem like they changed the focus on horses and dinosaurs now, at least it's good to remember that we had some great years. |

Dinosaurs are ok, especially uncommon species. |
