I will not collect Papo horses, I will not collect...

Fantastic figures, pictures and mainly fantastic work finding the retired figures!
You are absolutly an expertise in collecting!!! I love a lot to see your Papo collection growing and we learn to love the style and we start loving the figures! Papo horses are nice!!! ...and of course you are lucky because you work hardly for it ...but again collecting Papo variations???

Wow Susanne, they are marvellous! Congratulations on finding the Appaloosa variations they all look fantastic - and the exmoore ponies they look so cute and such a different colour variation!

I am now in the situation, - do I have to pack most of my beloved bendies down for a while in order to display the Papos
Or for the ump-th time sort out in my books to make space on the bookshelves

The stored horses laying in the box are Schleich. My rather small Papo horse collection consists of 2-3 animals.

Congrats Susanne! It took you short time to find your wanted appaloosa ^^ This horse is one of my favourite Papo horses, I think it´s very well done :) And congrats also because of the pony!

Not many days, but A LOT of hours on the net

Now I am struggeling to get the old version of the Breton. Same problem, lots of pictures of it, but the actual figuere is the new one when I ask.
It seems there are at least 3 variants of the Breton 51064, - the old, dark one with smooth skin, a dark one with "fur" and then the very light chestnut one that everyone is selling .

Papo has made a lot of variants it seems.
At first I thought there were very few , and then the collection was complete.
But that is not at all the case. There are MANY

For a nice stable display, I recommend Friesian 51067 and 51501, English Thoroughbred Mare 51503, Arab Horse 51505. This years Shire horse 51517 looks very nice!

Ohhh, yes, I MUST have the old, white Boulonnais, it has item no 51004, so it is no 4 of all the horses !
MPV has it, I am hoping they have not sold them all whan the new Bullyland-vulture is available

It IS like a fever, - for so many years I have tried to get all the Schleich figueres and have payed small fortunes for some of them...and the rare Bullys are almost impossible to find...then comes Papo, and one can just go shopping for a while and find almost all of them..even with a rebate sometimes

But Papo`s animal-series is not very old, of course.
Imagine having this possibility when Schleich had only been in the marked for 6 years
But at that time we did not know what we know now... it is just hypothetical

I understand you very well, because I´m now in Collecta and Safari fever xD And I have to recognice that new Papos are amazing models too, so I´m afraid I will end with Papo fever too...

So we are in this forum & realised that you have so many variation & maybe one day you can show us your whole collection.

But it could be a good reason for me to make some better pictures. Those that I took this winter are not very good .
