I will not collect Papo horses, I will not collect...

Schleich horses are said to be 1:22. So Schleich Percheron stallion would be over 180 cm tall if he was real (that's a huge horse).
The average height of real Hanoverians is around 165 cm. After doing a quick counting, I can say that Collecta Hanoverian stallion is 1:18 or 1:19.
When you compare these two models you can easily see that Schleich Percheron stallion is smaller than Collecta Hanoverian stallion. In reality such Percheron should be much bigger than average Hanoverian. I want my horses to be in similar scale, so Schleich horses are too small for me.

But I don't know how it is with Papo horses.

Besides I'm a bit biased, I love Collecta horses way more than those by other brands Laughing

I find that information very interesting! :) I remember people saying that Schleich horses are not really in scale, only roughly between 1:22 and 1:20. So CollectA horses work better with scales, that's interesting even 1:19 is not very usual. CollectA will have large 1:12 scale this year while Safari is stopping them and Mojo works in 1:20 scale. That's an example where it would be interesting to see brands working in the same scales! :)

Papo makes some of my favorite and weirder models. i really did not care for the Andalusian they made. But i looooovvvvee the berber mare. <3 <3
