I hope they would meet partnership to other famous equine artists as well, like Sarah Rose, Sue Thompson or Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig) Then we would get some fine akhal-teke horses, Saddlebreds and mustangs!!!! I would like to see some northern breeds, like Icelandic horse, Fjord or a Finnhorse. Also sth like Marwari and Paso Fino. American Saddlebred (one of my favourite horse breeds). And an Akhal-Teke. |

Yes, yes, I fully agree As far as I know there is no Finnhorse or Paso Fino on the market, - and iceys and Fjords are ALWAYS wonderful |

| The only Paso Fino moulds I know are from Breyer (Stablemates and Traditional). But in 1:24 ('paddock' scale) there aren't any. Finnhorse- it's my dream. But I/m not sure if they are represented even in resin. |

Never seen it. Is it a hack, or a draft horse? |

| I haven't seen that photo Yeah, a model like that would be nice Here's an example: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]They are mostly black, sometimes chestnut and bay. I've read that some horses carry creme gene, so colours like palomino, buckskin, and more rarely cremello and perlino are also possible. But I don't know if they are accepted by the standard of breed. Today they are used mostly for driving and under saddle, sometimes they work on farms. _________________ ~Magda (formerly Mangalarga) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Blog | Facebook |

| I digging up this oldish thread Since we already know the 2012 horses by Collecta, I've decided to update my wishlist of breeds they could make for 2013 or maybe later :) - Fjord - Icelandic - Highland - Marwari or Kathiawari - Akhal-Teke - Black Forest (Schwarzwalder Fuchs) or Noriker - Criollo - Kladruber (with prominent convex profile) - Cleveland Bay - Akhal-Teke - Tinker/Irish Cob/Gypsy Vanner - Ardennes - Exmoor - Percheron - Norman Cob - Canadian Horse - Suffolk Punch - Miniature Horse or Falabella - new Shetland (British type) - Paso Fino or Peruvian Paso - Fell or Dales - Saddlebred - Finnhorse - Spanish Norman - Mammoth Jackstock (donkey breed) or mule - Curly Horse - Welsh Cob D - Welsh Pony B or A At least some of these by Collecta/McDermott would be awesome! _________________ ~Magda (formerly Mangalarga) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Blog | Facebook |

| I would love to see Collecta do a racking saddlebred mare to go with the stallion. I would also love to see a heavyweight hunter type cob, along with a highland pony or Welara pony and possibly a barb horse. It would be cool to see them come out with a quarter horse mare, or even a paint mare(maybe in a medicine hat coloration?). |
