When you still have a coupon you could send it to Schleich by letter and you will get still a figurine.

Man kann auch weiterhin die Coupons einlösen, man muß sie allerdings im Original per Post zusammen mit diesem Formular an Schleich senden .
Bei zB Gallerie Kaufhof kann man die Flugzeuge teilweise noch mit Coupon für 19,99 Euro kaufen.

They are now going for very low prices on eBay.de, Willy (10-20 euros).

What a spread in price

Just for fun, here I have made a list of some of the things that may influence on the price, have I overlooked some ?

Very important, I think, it is often a question of the seller being willing to sell on the international market.

Is it in Germany ?
Because on German Ebay MANY (!!!!) don`t take Paypal (bank tranfer from countires without Euros is mightily expensive and a bore in general!.

On German Ebay I have also experienced that sellers will only send as trackable parcel outside Germany( 17 Euros !!!).

In general :
- If the seller has only this one relevant item for sale, shipping is expensive.
- Are thefigueres still in the plastic bag ?
- The scores of the seller also counts, of course.
- Do buyers have previous experience with the seller ?

But all these factors still leaves a question of chance,

Thanks, Susanne. I thought it might be interesting for everyone to see exactly what the last however many cryptos have auctioned for. These were all offered on eBay.de.

You're quite correct about the Paypal issue. A few years ago, I could send international wire transfers for free, and that was a huge help to me in building my collection. However, that privilege is long gone, so I have to think hard before I spend the extra 35 USD my bank charges to send a wire to a German bank account. Many US banks charge 45 USD for this, and I know that banks in the UK also charge huge fees for this, as well. Hopefully, since you're in Denmark, it is easier and less expensive for you. Since Denmark still utilizes kroner, I'm not sure about that, however.

Some sellers will not ship to the USA at all, so collectors here have become used to being rejected and dejected...

Since today I am a proud owner of four animals in the 75 years of existence Schleich
picture is on the way:)

Congratulations for your new striped team!, unfortunately there's no giraffe zebra, it would be wonderful! Anytime I think in this figures I remember Schleich commemorated without showing any new mould, it is cheaper, using a patern with black and white, it is cheaper and the poor chineses replicators painting complex zebra paterns in strange bodies, it is cheaper!
Funny figures that shows how economy works, less work to those who win more and more work to those who win less!

hey guys so whats the deal with these, out of all four which one is the rarest is it:

the giraffe
the pig
the kangaroo
the penguin

i have a friend that has doubles so i wanted to get the rarest!!!

no idea, what is the rarest? I have them all four, though

I have got lots of it, but for me the figurines became more rare if they where greater.

I mean, from the piclets i became the most and from the giraffe only a few.
