Schleich mini shetland, one of the last horses I bought from them. The cutesy style sort of works for this breed, but od course I'd prefer a realistically cute accurate model in the future.

When the magazine version was released, I almost tried to get it. It is not everyday we see a figure of a miniature of a miniature rearing. Not tht it is something I miss a lot but I am sure I should have acquired the model. Wonderful photos as usual!

Yes, horse models from Schleich are often too cute. So, I replaced some of my old 90ies ones with some rare breeds from CollectA.

A quick note, my area had a cold snap and once it warmed up I winter prepped my yard and plants so there's not much green around anymore... luckily I did a few extra pics before this so I can share, but photos will probably slow down during these times of seasonal transition since everything is pretty much... brown and dead. Hopefully I get some snow this weekend and can share some arctic themed animals next. Until then...

Very unusual species and I love how you have positioned it to look like it is swimming!

Nothing is more charming than a creature with an elongated snout. That’s a beautiful shark and reminds my favourite of all of them, the goblin shark. I don’t know if prehistoric times were as beautiful as that place where you take your pictures but it certainly gives a special athmosphere and we almost can smell it.

Safari ltd Right whale. I used to stay away from whales because they are large and generally expensive. But when I find them on sale I plan on getting more species!
