All figures are really great and as you know there are many more Papo nice figueres!
The pics are fantastic, love the shadows in lion king of the jungle and I never thought a polar bear could be such a nice figure! :)

As I said, I like the Polar re-paint, just wish they would make a larger polar
(6 1/2"long x 4 1/2" tall)!

My son showed me it was better to move the lamp further away, it helped enormously

All those figurines are great, I like most the Hippo, the lioness and the tiger.

Do you have the Tiger with cub and the Lioness with cub, if so can you take some pictures to see them, I would like to buy them but would like to see the detail.

As for finding time for the forum, Tim (my husband) was keeping me busy with his care, but he is now in hospital for surgery and will be for at least a week, so when I can't sleep, I visit with my friends on the STS forum...

My show-shelf is relly quite crammed with a lot of this-and-that and not very good for pictures.
It is almost impossible to take pictures... but I keep trying

Ha, ha, I have figueres on top of the frames of the paintings, on the piano, tables, cupboards - everywhere where the critters can`t reach them

Wonderful additions. I love the polar bear, kudu and lions. They are all wonderful.

This morning I got my next Papo-horse

The brand new Icey !
Again this time I used the excuse of saving in shipping, so the yak and pelican came along also

Here they are.
The horse is ok. It has a very fine, typical head for an icey. I think we are getting very spoiled with fabulous horse-figueres
The pelican is great, but HUGE !
And the yak is just SO fantastic, I adore him ( or her ?). If only Ana had painted the horns, I would say it is a perfect yak

It's the revenge from Papo! The poor pelican from Safari is probabily confused... how is possible the WW pelican be brand Papo????

It is hard to suggest, Roger
I like the Schleich one, but I LOVE the one from Papo.
It is a question of taste, I suppose.
The Papo-one looks more like the wild yak, I think, but I am no expert.

Nice question, seeing pictures I find horses resembling the very different 3! Maybe all are nice!

Ha, ha, that is even more hard to say . They are quite different types of Iceys.

The Schleich one is the old fashioned one that will carry you over mountains, rivers, through snow and rain.
And I would not be nervous to let small children ride her.

The one from Safari, - he is ready for the World Chamionships, and probably only an experienced rider can prevent him from running to h.... with you, if you touch him with your heels

The Papo-mare is the kind of mare I would reccommend for all-round use. A good and solid family-horse that could also do well in local competitions. Perhaps a bit to the heavy side for modern taste, but she looks as if she goes tölt without a rider. And she has a beautyful, correct head

Now Roger entered a comment, - yes, exactly, Roger-who-will-not.....
