| Hello, I just got some flat figures from 70-80 years, fauna of Soviet Union, probably with Russian origin. The seller has no further knowledge about these figures. Please can anybody determine the manufacturer and missing species (the set is uncomplete)? Note that some figures are damaged (goitered gazelle - missing tip of one horn/tail, reindeer - missing antlers, chamois - missing half of front leg/tip of horns, fawn - missing tip of ear, saiga - missing tail/tip of horns)... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Solved now thanks to Felicata! These are figurines from the USSR, 80s, author Savelyev B. D. (Савельев Борис Дмитриевич) Zoopark "Wild Animals" produced by the Shebantsevo factory (Шебанцево).

Maybe you can try to find some connection with some of the figures presented in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] seems to be very knowledgeable about Soviet figures. |

Whoever did the top unmarked geese in the small image did a pretty good copy of the Britains version. But there are few differences feathers in the right hand models don't correspond and the left goose in the copy has a longer neck. |

I didn't realise it was so small. |

Hello Stripedhyena, the flat animals seems to be MANURBA, see here: MANURBA flat animals. The first and second row (animals with baseline) must be JEAN HOEFLER animals, see here: Jacquet woodland Benno. |

I love the oldies of the 1st picture! Thank you very much for the info! Yes, the truth is that the figures of the first image have some beautiful poses and details, the pity (in my opinion) is that they are flat... There are many wonderful old flat figures of various brands, I'm not an expert on them so I need help to identify them.... |
