The Marx animals in my zoo

Those are nice additions. They are from the single color series from the 1950s-60s. Someone has painted them very well.
The birds in the set are:
Baltimore Oriole
Cardinal
Goldfinch
Parakeet
Scarlet Tanager
Sparrow
Tufted Titmouse
Wren

I have the set in blue but don't seem to have a picture of them all together. I will do one some time. These are not that common and I only have one of each. The fish set is also very nice but I don't have a complete set of them (yet). They are from the same time.

I have only four of those boxed ones in their boxes, and some others that were loose in lots. I hope this summer to get a new section at Animobil with my other animals listed including my Marx ones.

That sounds very good and so i have any animals that i can hunt. Also i cant wait to see your new section.

I love them all - the ladies too! I'd only heard of Marx's cool but dated dinosaur line... now it looks like I have yet more models on my wishlist.

The dinos were my first Marx, from when I was a child. I will remember to check to see if I have extras for my eventual trade posting.

I don't own any of them at all, only some forest-animals from the early series, i already showed them here.
They don't pop-up very much here in Europe...

Yes, your forest animals are also very phantastic, i think i need more informations about the series of this brand.

Here you can click untill you weigh 1 ounce or so, i needed a week to check out everything myself, pfft, but very rewarding to learn about those old USA brands!
