I don't know, Kir; aren't the bongo and sable two incredibly beautiful antelopes in their own right? I'm frankly surprised that Schleich hasn't attempted either. The Starlux WWF versions of these two are among the most striking animal figurines I have ever seen, but that's just an opinion, of course... :)

I'd also be surprised to learn that Schleich place a priority on producing African species in place of others, as I'm not sure I see that as a decision-making priority for them, but hey, maybe I'm uninformed about that.

Well what ever schleich decides to make ill be happy im just excited to see what comes out in 2012 (our last year of earth ;-)

my only wish for schleich is more new prehistoric mammals,,

I'd still love to see a lionhead rabbit :) I know we had 4 new rabbits this year, and I am forever grateful , but I need more bunnies in my life

Kids love rabbits so I think it would sell rather well.

Rio Ive never thought of a lionhead rabbit I cant believe i hadnt thought of them because we breed them our selves

I hope they make more rabbits for you Rio a lionhead rabbit would be very sweet!! I would like to get the wild rabbit and the little one lying on it's tummy, they are all so cute.
