Arrakai's Schleich additions

@Viven; Yes, that will be a lot harder especially the wildlife. A lot of very rare animals there, like the brown llama, and not to mention the brown pelican But oh, some day

Yes, the swiss cow is one of my favorite cows, I was so luckey when willy offered it in a trade.
I now have the calf and the cow, still looking for the bull. Hope you find one of your own some day too

@Mastiffcat; Thanx Yes, it take some work (and a lot of money ) and especially time and luck to find al of them. I have been collecting schleich "for real" for about 2,5 years.
(3 years ago, I had about 50 schleich in total, now I have about 600 )
I´m not sure how many animals there are in the serie, but I think it´s about 80 or so.
I will try to take some pics of my vitrines some day

The species; "front" wolfs, raccoon, beaver, foxes, squirrels, hedgehog, marten, otter, wild hare, bat, wolverine, marmot, wild rabbits, wild boars.
"middle" Wisent, brown bear/grizzly, black bear, roe deer, badger, lynx, grouse, eagle owl, crow, pheasant, tawny owl, mountain goat, chamois, ibex
"back" musk ox, mooses, reindeer, white tail deers, red deers.

I think thats all of them

No new ones yet, but thanx to some great members here, some realy great additions

Two dinos. One of them is missing the tip of the tail. I didnt see that in the auktion, and I couldnt figure out why no one else bid on it, until I got it

A little question about the white duck.. It doesnt seem to be in the gaschers catalog. Is it a variation of the 13002 or the 13017???

Glad you like them, Anna, and once again, thank you for the lovely basset. There are two editions of the 13002, the first without grass (1984-90) and the second with grass (1991-94). You can see them wonderfully displayed on Torben's companion site:

The last two auctions I lost for the earlier model, the winning bid was about 25 euros.

About the ducks, there are further variants, - some are glued on the grass, some are moulded in one, look f.inst * here *

I think I have to look more careful on auktions in the future, and especially if nobody else is bidding, than it may be something suspicious about it

battle wounds can be endearing, but you do want to smack yourself when they're mentioned int the description and you just didn't see it.
I have 2 Schleich rams with broken horns. *Smack!*Smack!*
